biq.li domain or connect your own domain for fully branded links.
This overview introduces the main parts of Biqli Links. Each section links to a
more detailed guide when you are ready to configure a feature.
What can I do with Biqli Links?
1. Build flexible short links
Every Biqli link starts with a destination URL. You can keep the automatically generated short URL or choose a connected domain and custom alias that suit your campaign. The link builder also lets you:- Add UTM and custom query parameters.
- Customize the preview shown when the link is shared.
- Require visitors to enter a password.
- Set activation dates, expiration dates, or click limits.
- Send visitors to different destinations based on location, device, or platform.
- Control whether search engines can index the short link.
2. Use your own domain
A branded short domain makes your links easier to recognize and trust. Connect an apex domain or subdomain, add the DNS records shown by Biqli, and Biqli will handle verification and SSL provisioning. You can also configure a favicon and choose where visitors go when they open the root domain, an expired link, or a path that does not exist. Read Custom domains overview to understand the complete setup process.3. Keep campaigns organized
As your link collection grows, you can use folders and colored tags to keep related campaigns together. Tracking pixels can be attached to the links that need them without changing their destination URLs. Biqli also supports bulk link actions, workspace transfers, and CSV exports for larger collections.Folders
Group related links and review their combined performance.
Tags
Label links with consistent names and colors.
Tracking pixels
Connect supported advertising and analytics providers.
4. Measure clicks and conversions
Biqli records more than a total click count. Reports can show when visitors clicked, where they came from, and the browsers, devices, and platforms they used. If you enable conversion tracking, you can connect those clicks to leads, sales, revenue, and the full conversion funnel. Public analytics dashboards let you share selected results without giving someone access to your workspace. Read Analytics overview for an introduction to the available reports and metrics.5. Create a QR code for a link
You can generate a QR code directly from a short link, customize its colors and style, then download it for print or digital use. Because the QR code points to the short link, you can update the link destination without replacing the printed code. An attached link QR code is different from a standalone QR code. Read QR codes for links to learn about the attached workflow, or visit Standalone QR codes overview when you need other QR content types.6. Work with your team or API
Workspace members can manage links together using built-in or custom roles. Resource permissions let workspace administrators control who can view or change links, domains, folders, tags, pixels, Biolinks, and QR codes. Developers can use workspace-scoped API keys to create, retrieve, update, list, and delete links programmatically. Start with the API introduction if you are building an integration.Who uses Biqli Links?
