Suspension compared with a payout freeze
Neither control deletes the referral, earning, payout, or audit history. A
partner-account suspension also does not by itself cancel a referred customer’s
Biqli subscription.
Appeal a suspension
When an appeal is available:- Open Partner Program, then Profile.
- Review the suspension reason shown in the account notice.
- Select Appeal suspension.
- Explain why the suspension should be reconsidered and include relevant, accurate context.
- Submit the appeal once and wait for the decision shown in the dashboard and sent by email.
Appeal decisions and reinstatement
- If an appeal is declined, the partner account remains suspended and the decision reason appears in the profile.
- If an appeal is approved, or an administrator reinstates the account, partner access becomes active again. Held commissions return to the appropriate pending or available state based on their original hold and current risk controls.
- A paused payout may return to its previous queue state or require review before processing resumes.
When there is no appeal button
A payout freeze is a risk control, not an account suspension, so it does not use the suspension appeal form. Follow the payout notice or contact Biqli support with the workspace and relevant transaction details. Do not send passwords, complete payment-card numbers, or private provider credentials.Refunds and clawbacks
