The Biqli dashboard keeps each workspace’s resources together. Use the workspace selector before making changes so new links and supporting resources are created in the intended workspace.

Main areas

  • Dashboard shows workspace analytics and recent performance.
  • Links contains short links and their individual reports.
  • Biolinks contains link-in-bio pages and their editor.
  • Folders, Tags, and Tracking pixels organize and extend links.
  • Custom domains manages branded domains, DNS, and domain behavior.
  • QR codes manages standalone static and dynamic QR codes.
  • Workspace settings contains members, billing, security, and API keys.
Select a link to open its reports, or use its action menu for editing, QR codes, folder assignment, sharing, activity, analytics reset, transfer, and deletion.

Confirm the active workspace

The workspace selector controls every dashboard area. Before creating or changing a resource, confirm the workspace name shown in the navigation. Links, folders, tags, pixels, Biolinks, QR codes, domains, members, API keys, and billing information are workspace scoped.

Find a resource quickly

Use the search and filters in a resource list rather than browsing every page. Filters can narrow results by status and related resources where supported. Opening a row shows the complete resource, while its action menu is better for a direct task such as copying, editing, or deleting.

Understand dashboard totals

Summary cards follow the selected workspace and reporting period. A total on the workspace dashboard can differ from a link or folder report because the scope, date range, or membership is different. Leads, sales, and revenue also require conversion tracking, so they do not increase from clicks alone.
Use resource IDs when discussing a specific item with your team. Names and aliases can change, while the ID identifies the record.
