Use Transfer link when a short link belongs in another workspace you can access.
  1. Open the link action menu.
  2. Select Transfer link.
  3. Choose the destination workspace.
  4. Review the warning and confirm.
A transfer changes the workspace that owns and controls the link. Supporting resources are workspace scoped, so folders, tags, pixels, domains, permissions, and related settings might not be available in the destination workspace. Check the transferred link immediately. Confirm its domain, short URL, destination, restrictions, and attachments before using it again.

Prepare the destination workspace

Confirm that you can access both workspaces and that the destination has the plan capacity and permissions needed for the link. Workspace-scoped folders, tags, pixels, and custom domains are not interchangeable merely because their names match. If the link uses a branded domain, verify how that domain is attached in the destination. If it uses supporting resources, decide whether equivalent resources should be created and reattached after transfer.

After the transfer

  1. Switch to the destination workspace.
  2. Retrieve the link by ID or search for its name.
  3. Open the public URL and confirm the destination.
  4. Review folders, tags, pixels, password, schedule, targeting, conversion tracking, and attached QR state.
  5. Confirm that the members and API keys which need the link can access it.
A transfer changes administrative ownership. It does not grant the source workspace continued access to the link.
