Use a CSV export when you need a spreadsheet or an offline record of workspace
links.
Open Links, choose Export, then select the date range, active filters,
and columns you need. Available data can include names, short and destination
URLs, clicks, leads, sales, revenue, dates, link IDs, and tags.
The export reflects the filters and fields selected in the export dialog. Open
the downloaded CSV in a spreadsheet application and keep the original file when
you need an unchanged record.
Link export is different from raw analytics-event export. It exports link
records and the supported summary fields shown in the dialog.
Prepare an export
- Switch to the correct workspace.
- Apply search and filters for the links you want to include.
- Open Export links.
- Review the supported columns and reporting period.
- Generate and download the CSV.
Open the file with UTF-8 support so international names and URLs remain
readable. Spreadsheet software can interpret long IDs, dates, or values
automatically, so import sensitive columns as text when exact formatting
matters.
Understand the snapshot
An export reflects the data and filters at generation time. Later edits,
clicks, conversions, or tag changes do not update the downloaded file. Generate
a fresh export for current reporting.
CSV files can contain private campaign information and destination URLs. Store
them according to your organization’s data policy and delete unneeded copies.
Biqli’s migration tools are separate from this export. Do not assume every CSV
column can be imported back into a workspace.
