A Biolink is a customizable page that collects important destinations under one short URL. Use it for a social profile, campaign, creator page, or any place where one link needs to lead to several choices. The editor is divided into Content, Appearance, and Settings. Content controls links and widgets. Appearance controls the visual design. Settings control the page URL, availability, indexing, and access restrictions. Biolinks use the workspace domain system and have their own analytics. They are separate from ordinary short links, even though both use a compact Biqli URL.

Choose a Biolink when visitors should see a page of choices. Choose a short link when one URL should redirect directly to one destination. A Biolink works well in social profile fields, creator campaigns, event pages, and product collections.

Main parts of a page

  • Page identity includes the name, domain, alias, description, and profile presentation.
  • Content includes links and supported media or text widgets.
  • Appearance controls the background, typography, colors, button treatment, and plan-dependent branding.
  • Settings control availability, password protection, indexing, and the public URL.
  • Analytics measure page visits and engagement.
Create and edit Biolink content in the dashboard. The public Workspace API manages page-level metadata only and deliberately rejects frontend-owned widget content. Before sharing, test the page on a phone, open every destination, and confirm that disabled or scheduled content behaves as expected.
