Open Biolinks in the correct workspace and select a page. Its available actions depend on your permissions and whether you selected one or several pages.

Find the right action

A copied Biolink ID is an identifier, not the public page URL or an access credential. Use the copied short link when directing a visitor to the page.

Use the associated QR code

  1. Select one Biolink and open QR code.
  2. Configure the available appearance and download options.
  3. Save the configuration when the dialog requires it.
  4. Download the code and scan the downloaded image on a real phone.
  5. Confirm that it reaches the intended public page.
Test legibility at the printed size, including contrast and clear space around the code. A design preview alone does not verify that a printed QR code scans. The associated code leads through the page’s address and access rules. Disabling the page can stop the resulting visit. If you change the domain or alias, check the address encoded in existing downloads; downloading a replacement does not update copies already printed.

Reset analytics carefully

Open Analytics first to confirm you selected the intended page. Export any available reports you need before choosing Reset analytics, then read the confirmation. A reset is different from changing the reporting date range or hiding content. Do not use it as a general troubleshooting step or assume it deletes form responses and private messages. See Analytics.

Delete one or several pages

Select the intended rows, choose Delete and read the confirmation before submitting. Multiple selection can expose deletion without all the single-page editing actions. Use page deactivation when your goal is temporary unavailability rather than deletion. Do not assume page deletion recalls downloaded files, deletes a participant’s personal messages or disconnects every external provider account. See Privacy and permissions. If an action is missing, confirm your workspace and permissions instead of sharing another operator’s credentials.
