Open your Biolink, select Content and use the link entry in the content picker. A link sends visitors to a destination; interactive blocks can instead open a form, player or dialog.
  1. Add a link at the position where it should appear.
  2. Enter a clear title and a valid destination URL.
  3. Review the available short URL and domain controls. A managed short link has its own address and tracking behavior.
  4. Choose the supported display mode and thumbnail. Use an uploaded image, selected icon or GIF where the thumbnail menu offers it.
  5. Drag the item into position or into the intended collection.
  6. Leave it visible, check the preview and publish the page.
  7. Open the public page and select the link. Confirm that the final destination is correct.
Editing a title changes what visitors read; editing the destination changes where they go. A thumbnail is a visual aid and does not replace the destination URL.

Hide, remove or reorder

The card menu lets you hide or show an item, rename it, change its thumbnail or remove it. Hiding retains the configuration for later reuse; removing takes it out of the page’s content. Publish the resulting change before expecting the public page to update. Removing a page item is not a promise that every separately managed short link or its analytics is erased. Manage a short link’s lifecycle from its own dashboard controls when you also intend to delete or pause that resource.

Display and tracking

Classic and featured presentations emphasize different amounts of media. Collections can also apply list, grid or carousel layouts. Check long titles and thumbnail crops in the actual layout. Use available analytics actions for published links. Draft cards can display a placeholder click count; that is not proof of tracked traffic. See Analytics.

Safety and availability

Managed destinations follow Biqli’s link safety checks. Direct button destinations are checked when saved. A clear check does not guarantee a destination remains safe forever. Page access and the destination’s own password, schedule, active state and safety status are separate gates. If the page opens but the destination does not, inspect the destination resource as well. Do not assume every block supports the same scheduling controls as a managed short link. See Sharing and access.
