Each plan defines feature access and usage allowances for resources such as links, Biolinks, QR codes, custom domains, members, and analytics history. The billing and usage screens show the current values for your workspace. When a quota is reached, Biqli can prevent additional creation until usage is reduced or the plan changes. A locked feature remains unavailable even if another resource quota has room. Use the in-app plan comparison as the current source for limits and pricing.

Review usage

Open workspace billing or usage and compare each resource count with its plan allowance. Quotas can apply to links, Biolinks, QR codes, domains, members, or other plan features. Analytics history and security features can be access limits rather than simple resource counts.

When a limit is reached

Biqli can block new resource creation while existing eligible resources keep working. Delete or archive only when the product offers that action and the data is no longer needed, or move to a plan with the required capacity. Increasing a quota does not repair an invalid resource or bypass permissions. Likewise, having unused quota does not unlock a feature excluded from the plan. Before downgrading, list resources above the target allowance and review the confirmation for how Biqli handles them. Do not assume a downgrade will delete data automatically.

Is quota the same as permission?

Can support restore unrecorded analytics?

No. A larger history allowance cannot recreate events that were never stored.
