Cancel a subscription from workspace billing and review the effective date shown in the confirmation. Access can continue until the end of the paid period when indicated. If resumption is available before cancellation takes effect, use the renew or resume action in the same billing area. After access changes, features and quotas follow the active plan. Cancellation does not remove published URLs automatically. Review what the resulting plan supports before the period ends.

Cancel safely

  1. Confirm the active workspace and subscription.
  2. Review the effective cancellation date.
  3. Export required data and note plan-dependent resources.
  4. Confirm cancellation once.
  5. Return to billing and verify the scheduled state.

Resume or renew

If Biqli offers a resume action before the effective date, use it and confirm the subscription returns to an active renewal state. After cancellation takes effect, restoring the previous plan can require a new checkout. Canceling a subscription and deleting a workspace are different actions. The confirmation screen explains access after the paid period. External DNS, integrations, and downloaded QR images are not removed by subscription cancellation. Resolve past-due invoices separately when billing still shows an outstanding balance.

Frequently asked questions

Does cancellation delete the workspace?

No. Workspace deletion is a separate destructive action.

Can I resume after the effective date?

The billing page will show whether resume is available. After cancellation completes, a new checkout can be required.
