Invoice history records workspace subscription charges and their status. Open an invoice to review its amount, date, billing details, and available receipt or download. An open, paid, void, or failed state describes the invoice at that time. Refunds and adjustments can appear separately or update the provider record. Keep downloaded invoices for your accounting requirements. Billing access is limited to authorized workspace members.

Review invoice history

Open workspace billing and select an invoice to inspect its date, covered items, currency, tax, total, payment state, and provider receipt where available.

Common states

  • Open or due means payment has not completed.
  • Paid means the billing provider confirmed payment.
  • Failed or past due means the charge needs attention or retry.
  • Void means the invoice is no longer collectible in its original form.
Refunds, credits, and adjustments can appear as separate provider records or updated invoice information. Download the original file for accounting. If legal billing details are wrong, update workspace billing information for future invoices and contact support about the existing document. Do not edit the downloaded invoice yourself.
