Billing is managed for the current workspace. The billing area shows its plan, usage, renewal information, payment methods, and invoice history. Confirm the selected workspace before changing a subscription. An account can belong to several workspaces with different billing states. Only members with the required billing authority can make subscription or payment changes.

What you can manage

Use workspace billing to review the current plan, quotas, billing cycle, next renewal, payment methods, billing details, invoice history, cancellation state, and past-due notices available for the subscription.

Before changing billing

  1. Confirm the workspace name and active subscription.
  2. Review current usage and features that depend on the plan.
  3. Check the effective date and amount shown in the confirmation.
  4. Keep a valid payment method available.
  5. Save invoices needed for accounting.
Billing changes do not automatically move resources to another workspace or rewrite published URLs. A downgrade can restrict future creation or access to plan-dependent capabilities when usage remains above the new allowance. Use the in-app checkout and plan comparison as the current source for pricing, taxes, credits, and effective dates.

Frequently asked questions

Is billing account-wide?

No. Always confirm the current workspace before changing its subscription.

Can an Editor change billing?

Only when the assigned role includes the required billing authority. Resource editing alone does not grant it.

Does changing a plan move my resources?

No. Resources remain in the same workspace, subject to the new plan’s access and quota behavior.

Where should I verify the final price?

Use the in-app checkout and confirmation because currency, taxes, credits, and timing can vary.
