Keep the required DNS records unchanged during verification. If a status does not progress, follow the domain troubleshooting checks before reconnecting it.

Expected progression

New domains normally begin at Pending DNS. After the required records are visible, the state moves through Pending SSL and Provisioning SSL before becoming Active. Status changes depend on public DNS and certificate provider processing, so they are not always immediate.

  • At Pending DNS, compare the authoritative record with the Biqli values.
  • At Pending SSL, leave DNS unchanged and allow certificate setup to begin.
  • At Provisioning SSL, do not proxy or redirect the hostname elsewhere.
  • At Active, test HTTPS and a real link before publishing.
  • At SSL failed, verify DNS and proxy settings, then follow the recovery action or contact support.
Creating the same domain again does not make propagation faster and can make troubleshooting harder.
