  1. Open Custom domains and select Connect domain.
  2. Enter the full hostname you want to use.
  3. Biqli checks whether that hostname is already connected inside the app.
  4. If it is available, create the domain and copy the displayed DNS configuration.
  5. Add those records at your DNS provider and wait for verification and HTTPS provisioning.
Biqli also emails the initial DNS instructions when this is a new domain connection. If an already verified domain is only being attached to another eligible workspace on the same account, DNS does not need to be configured again and the setup email is not repeated.

Enter the hostname correctly

Enter only the hostname you want Biqli to serve, such as go.example.com. Do not enter a path, campaign alias, or destination URL. Biqli normalizes the hostname and checks whether it is already claimed in the application. If Biqli reports that it is already used, confirm whether it belongs to another workspace on the same account. Eligible verified domains can be attached through the reuse flow. A domain owned by another account cannot be claimed by creating it again.

Finish setup

Copy the current record values from the domain detail, add them to DNS, and leave them unchanged through SSL provisioning. Refresh the status until it is active. Then open the hostname over HTTPS and create a test link before making it the workspace default.
