Biqli uses two partner tiers. Your commission percentage does not change by tier. The tier controls the earnings hold and whether a monthly payout requires review. The table shows the standard tier policy implemented by Biqli. A temporary administrative override or current policy displayed in the dashboard takes priority for the affected profile.

Moving to Established

You move to Established after you have at least three independent referrals with a first eligible payment and 90 clean account days have passed since your first independent paid referral. This is how Biqli measures the clean account age for tier eligibility. Biqli evaluates active partner profiles regularly. New tier payouts are not manual cash transfers. They are reviewed by the Biqli team before being queued to Stripe Connect or PayPal. Established payouts are queued automatically during the monthly payout run when all other requirements are satisfied. Risk reviews, related-account signals, payout reversals, or a frozen profile can return an account to the New tier or require manual review. Any temporary policy shown in your dashboard takes priority over the standard table above.

What counts as an independent paid referral

The referral must belong to a genuinely separate customer, pass Biqli’s independence review, and have a first eligible payment. Clicks and registrations without payment do not count toward the three-referral threshold. The 90 clean account days begin with the first independent paid referral. They do not begin merely when you submit or receive approval for the partner application.

How evaluation works

Biqli evaluates active partner profiles regularly. Once both Established requirements are satisfied, the profile can move to Established and future commissions use the shorter hold. Existing commissions keep the tier policy stored when they were created.

Tier changes and payouts

  • Moving to Established does not bypass the $100 minimum.
  • A New tier payout must still be approved before it is queued to the provider.
  • Established means eligible payouts are queued automatically during the monthly run. It does not guarantee that Stripe, PayPal, or a bank will complete the transfer.
  • A risk freeze stops payout progress even when the numeric requirements are met.
Partner tier and commission rate are separate. Both standard tiers currently use the same commission rate.
