Biqli processes partner payouts once a month. You do not submit a withdrawal request. Eligible available commissions are collected into a payout when your balance reaches the minimum for your current tier and no other payout is active. There is no Withdraw button. Meeting the requirements makes the balance eligible for the next monthly process. It does not trigger an immediate transfer on the day the threshold is crossed.

Payout requirements

Before a payout can be created:
  • Your partner profile must be active and allowed to receive payouts.
  • Your Stripe Connect account or PayPal email must be ready.
  • The commission holding period must have ended.
  • Your available balance must reach $100.
  • The referrals included in the payout must be independent and eligible.
  • You cannot already have a pending or processing payout.
New tier payouts enter Review required before the provider receives them. Established tier payouts are queued automatically. Both tiers use the monthly schedule.

Payout statuses

  • Review required: Biqli must approve the payout.
  • Pending: The payout is queued for the provider.
  • Processing: Stripe or PayPal is processing the transfer.
  • Paid: The provider confirmed completion.
  • Failed: The provider could not complete the transfer.
  • Canceled: A reviewed payout was not approved or was canceled safely.
If a provider reverses a completed payout, Biqli restores the financial record and freezes further payouts for review.

Biqli releases eligible commissions

A commission becomes available only after its tier hold has ended and it has not been voided or reserved by another payout.

Biqli checks the profile and destination

The profile must be active, payouts must not be frozen, and the Stripe or PayPal destination selected for the profile country must be ready.

Biqli checks the $100 minimum

Available eligible commissions in the payout currency must reach the current tier minimum.

The tier policy is applied

A New tier payout waits for team review. An Established payout is queued automatically.

The provider processes the transfer

Biqli sends the recorded destination snapshot to Stripe Connect or PayPal and tracks the provider result.

Why an available balance was not paid

  • The available balance is below $100.
  • Another payout is pending or processing.
  • The payout destination is missing or still requires verification.
  • The partner profile or payout access is frozen for review.
  • The monthly run has not occurred since the earnings became eligible.
  • A commission was adjusted, voided, or reserved by an existing payout.
Open the payout detail to see the applicable status. A failed provider transfer is not the same as a disqualified commission and can require the destination to be corrected before retry.
Biqli does not deduct a separate application payout fee from partner earnings. Your bank, Stripe, or PayPal may apply currency conversion or receiving fees.
