Refunds
- A partial refund reduces commission in the same proportion as the refunded eligible amount. The subscription can remain active when access was not fully refunded.
- A full refund reverses the full commission and can end the customer’s subscription access immediately.
- An ordinary end-of-cycle cancellation does not reverse commission from a successful payment that remains valid.
Payment disputes
When Biqli receives a payment-dispute event, it reverses the related commission, ends access associated with the disputed purchase where applicable, and freezes partner payouts for review. The same provider event is processed idempotently, so retrying it does not create another adjustment. A dispute outcome does not automatically recreate subscription access or commission. Even when the provider reports that a dispute was won, Biqli keeps the conservative reversal until the underlying account and payment are reviewed. This prevents access or earnings from being restored after a materially changed billing state.Clawbacks after payout
If the reversed commission was already paid, the dashboard shows an outstanding clawback. Biqli does not silently remove the completed payout. Future eligible commissions first complete their ordinary risk review and holding period, then can be applied to the clawback balance.Payout review
An open or historical dispute can freeze payouts even after the commission is reversed. While frozen, eligible earnings remain recorded but cannot enter a new payout. An administrator must review the risk state before payouts resume.Commissions and earnings
