Folders organize related short links and provide a combined analytics view. Create a folder, give it a recognizable name, then attach links from the folder or link editor. A link can be attached or detached without recreating it. Folder membership does not change the link’s public URL. Repeating the same attach or detach action is safe. Folder settings can include an alias, active state, password, schedules, targeting, tags, and pixels where available.

Create a folder

  1. Open Folders in the current workspace.
  2. Select Create folder and enter a clear name.
  3. Configure the supported folder settings needed for the collection.
  4. Save, then attach existing links or create links for the folder.

Manage membership

Attach or detach a link from either the folder or link workflow. The operation is idempotent, so repeating an attachment does not create duplicate membership. A link keeps its own destination, URL, restrictions, and analytics. Use a folder for organization and aggregate reporting. Do not treat it as a permission boundary unless the workspace role system explicitly grants the required resource access. Before deleting a folder, review its links. Folder deletion removes the organizational resource, not the underlying short links.
