Folder analytics combine activity from links associated with that folder. Open a folder and select its analytics view to inspect clicks, leads, sales, revenue, funnel stages, and audience reports where applicable. Use the same date range when comparing a folder with one of its links. Totals can change when links are attached or detached, and a link can contribute to other aggregates as configured.

Open the report

Find the folder, open its analytics, and choose the date range. Review clicks, leads, sales, revenue, funnel, and audience tabs supported for that folder.

Understand aggregation

The report summarizes eligible activity for member links. It does not create a second click when a link is attached to the folder. A folder can show traffic without conversions, and lead or sale reporting requires conversion tracking on the relevant links. Record folder membership when comparing historical campaign periods. Moving or detaching links changes the collection you are using for analysis. Use stable link reports when you need one resource’s complete detail. If a total looks wrong, confirm the workspace, date range, filters, member links, and each link’s conversion setting before resetting any analytics.

Frequently asked questions

No. The folder report aggregates eligible link activity without creating a duplicate resource.

Why does a folder show clicks but no sales?

Clicks do not create conversions. The member links need conversion tracking and eligible sale events.

Should I reset a folder to compare a new campaign?

Use date ranges and filters first. Reset only after preserving required history and reading the confirmation.
