The Shopify integration connects store conversion activity with earlier Biqli link visits. Install the app in Shopify and connect a workspace you own. Biqli then configures its Web Pixel automatically. Use Biqli links for the campaigns you want to measure. When Shopify reports supported order activity, Biqli can attribute eligible conversions to the earlier visit without exposing a workspace API key in the storefront. Test the full journey with a test campaign before relying on production reports. Biqli records the paid-order value Shopify sends at conversion time; later refunds and order adjustments are not synchronized automatically.

Connect a store

  1. Install Biqli: Conversion Analytics from the Shopify App Store and open it in Shopify Admin.
  2. Select Connect to Biqli. If you are signed out, sign in or register; Biqli returns you to the same authorization request afterward.
  3. Review the requested access, select a workspace you own, and authorize the connection.
  4. After Shopify reopens, confirm the connected workspace appears and the tracking pixel is ready.
  5. Create or choose a Biqli link in the Shopify app and use it for an end-to-end test order.
The connection is workspace scoped. The Shopify app can view, create, edit, and delete links, view custom domains, read link conversion totals, and submit authenticated Shopify attribution events only for that workspace. Biqli access and refresh credentials stay on the Shopify app server and are never exposed in Shopify Admin or the storefront. You can disconnect the store from either the Shopify app or Workspace settings → Integrations → Shopify. Disconnecting or uninstalling the Shopify app revokes its workspace access. Each Shopify store can connect to one Biqli workspace, and each workspace can connect to one Shopify store. If either side already has an active connection, Biqli rejects the new authorization. Disconnect the existing connection before connecting a different store or workspace; Biqli never replaces it silently. The integration verifies Shopify webhooks before forwarding them to Biqli. The Web Pixel uses a connection-specific write key and Biqli rejects click identifiers that do not belong to the connected workspace. It does not expose a workspace publishable key, workspace API key, access token, or refresh token in storefront requests.

Validate attribution

Visit the test campaign through its Biqli link, complete checkout, and pay for the test order. Biqli matches the paid-order webhook to the captured Shopify checkout token, with a short retry window when the pixel and webhook arrive out of order. A direct store visit without an attributed Biqli click is not assigned to the campaign. Disconnect stores that are transferred or no longer used.
