Biqli provides browser extensions for Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Firefox. After installation, select Sign in with Biqli. Biqli opens a secure authorization page where you sign in and choose the workspace for that extension installation. You do not need to create or paste an API key. The extension stays connected to the workspace you approve. It follows your current workspace permissions, so you can only view analytics, domains, and links or create links when your workspace role allows those actions. Use the extension while viewing a page to create a short URL for the current address. You can copy the result immediately and finish advanced settings later in the Biqli dashboard. Only install the extension from the official listing linked by Biqli and review browser permissions before approval.

Shorten the current page

  1. Install the official Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox extension.
  2. Pin it to the browser toolbar if desired.
  3. Select Sign in with Biqli.
  4. Sign in or create an account if prompted.
  5. Review the requested access, choose one workspace, and select Connect workspace.
  6. Return to the extension and choose your default domain.
  7. Open the destination page and select the extension.
  8. Create and copy the short URL, then test it.
Browser extensions are best for fast capture. Open the created link in the dashboard when you need advanced restrictions, organization, tracking, or preview settings.

Keep access safe

Review extension permissions and remove it from unmanaged browsers. Each installation appears in Account settings under Your devices. You can sign out an individual installation there. You can also open the integration in workspace settings to disconnect one or all installations connected to that workspace. Access tokens expire automatically. The extension refreshes its session without asking you to paste a credential. Disconnecting the extension, removing your workspace access, or signing out its device session revokes that connection. Uninstalling the extension also asks the browser to revoke that installation automatically. Automatic expiry remains the fallback if the browser cannot deliver the uninstall request. To use a different workspace, disconnect the extension and connect it again. Choose a different default domain before creating another link when needed.

Can the extension edit advanced settings?

Use the dashboard for restrictions, tags, pixels, targeting, previews, and analytics.

Should I install it on a shared browser?

Only when the browser and connected Biqli access are managed appropriately. No. Uninstalling disconnects that extension installation, but links already created remain in their workspace.

Can one installation access multiple workspaces?

No. Each installation connects to one workspace. Disconnect and reconnect it to choose another workspace.

What happens when my workspace permissions change?

The extension uses your current workspace permissions on every request. A permission removed by a workspace administrator stops working in the extension without requiring a new connection.
