Connect Slack from the Biqli integrations area and approve the requested Slack access. Select the Biqli workspace and default domain that the integration should use. In Slack, use the /biqli command to create a short link without leaving the conversation. Review the returned URL before sharing it, especially when the workspace has several branded domains. If the command is unavailable, confirm that the Slack app is installed in that Slack workspace and still connected in Biqli.

Connect Slack

  1. Open Biqli workspace integrations and choose Slack.
  2. Continue to Slack and select the intended Slack workspace.
  3. Review and approve the requested access.
  4. Return to Biqli and select the workspace and default link domain.
  5. Run /biqli in an allowed test channel.
The command creates a link in the configured Biqli workspace. Team members who use the command should verify the returned destination and domain before sharing.

Troubleshooting

If Slack does not recognize /biqli, confirm the app is installed and commands are allowed in the current workspace and channel. If a link appears in the wrong Biqli workspace, review the integration defaults. Reconnect after a Slack administrator revokes access or the installation changes ownership. Disconnect Slack from Biqli when the integration is retired.
