Choose Typeform, Laylo or Community SMS in Content when your signup already belongs to one of those services. You need a valid supported source URL and a working provider-side form or destination.

Typeform

  1. Add Typeform and enter the form URL.
  2. Wait for resolution and confirm the intended form.
  3. Set title, thumbnail and display.
  4. Choose Display this form on my Biqli or Go directly to URL.
  5. If embedding, optionally enable the button opening Typeform in a new tab.
  6. Publish and complete a test submission.
Find responses in Typeform. Embedding its form does not automatically import responses into Biqli Contacts. Provider publishing, embedding, sign-in and consent settings still apply.

Laylo

Add Laylo and enter the supported profile or drop URL. Choose the title, display and thumbnail, then choose Display this signup on my Biqli or Go directly to Laylo. Publish and test the signup as a visitor. Confirm the result in Laylo rather than assuming a card open proves someone subscribed. An unavailable or private source must be fixed at the provider.

Community SMS

  1. Add Community SMS with a valid Community URL.
  2. Open Link set up.
  3. Optionally enter the signup title, description and default SMS message.
  4. Choose Send an SMS to my community.com or Go directly to URL.
  5. Set display and thumbnail, publish and test on a device with SMS support.
The main block title and the signup/setup title are separate fields. Leaving setup text empty does not require you to reuse the block title. Review the actual visitor view. An SMS action prepares the supported messaging handoff; the visitor still controls sending. Device support, a configured SMS app, carrier charges and provider availability can affect the result.

Data and recovery

These external submissions are separate from native forms and Contacts. Review the provider’s privacy and consent terms before collecting information. If an embed fails, test the original URL, verify the source is public and allowed to embed, then try the external interaction. Publish configuration changes before testing the live page.
