Choose the content type matching the action you want. Contact Details publishes a contact card, Email opens an email action, Messaging opens WhatsApp or SMS, and Google Maps displays or opens a location.

Publish a contact card

  1. Add Contact Details and fill in the appropriate name, organization, role, email addresses, phone numbers and address.
  2. Review optional information such as opening hours.
  3. Set the title, display and thumbnail.
  4. Publish, open the card and test Save contact.
The download is a contact file; visitors may need to confirm its import in their contacts app. Publishing a card makes its included details available to visitors, not only to signed-in workspace members.

Email

Add Email and enter the button text and intended email address. Choose its title and presentation, publish and test with a configured mail application. An email action prepares the visitor’s email app. It does not itself prove that an email was sent or delivered, and it does not store a native Biqli form response.

WhatsApp or SMS

  1. Add Messaging.
  2. Choose WhatsApp or SMS.
  3. Supply the destination phone number with its country code.
  4. Optionally enter the prefilled message.
  5. Set title, display and thumbnail, then publish.
  6. Open it on a phone and verify the destination and draft text.
The optional message supports up to 1,000 characters. A handoff still requires the visitor to send the message. App availability, provider sign-in and carrier charges remain outside the Biolink’s control. For conversations inside Biqli, use Direct Message instead.

Google Maps

Add Google Maps, select the correct location and check its resolved address. Edit or remove the optional address label as needed. Choose Go to Google Maps or Show location on map, then publish and test. A label change does not necessarily change the selected place. Use the location-change control when choosing a different business or address. Google Reviews is currently unavailable; adding a map does not enable a reviews feed.

Troubleshoot actions

Try the source destination directly. Check country codes, email spelling, map selection and whether a suitable app is installed. Test on desktop and phone because app handoffs differ. See Troubleshooting.
