Deleting a dynamic QR code removes its managed destination. Printed and downloaded copies cannot be recalled and will no longer resolve through that record. Deleting a saved static QR record does not erase images already downloaded because their content is embedded in the QR itself. Check where a code is published and save any needed analytics or design files before confirming deletion.

Before deleting

  1. Confirm the active workspace and QR ID.
  2. Identify websites, documents, signs, packaging, and saved assets using it.
  3. Export or record dynamic scan analytics you need.
  4. Prepare a replacement image when the placement must continue working.
  5. Confirm the deletion warning.

After deletion

A dynamic record is no longer retrievable through the dashboard or API and its managed destination stops working. Deletion does not remove copies from other systems. A static downloaded image remains scannable because its payload is inside the image. Deleting its Biqli management record only removes the saved dashboard resource. If the goal is to change a dynamic destination, edit the record instead of deleting it so the printed pattern remains useful.
