Open Partner Program, then select Payouts to review your payout history. You can filter the list by status and open a payout to inspect its details. Each payout can include:
  • The commission period covered by the payout.
  • Gross and net payout amounts.
  • Stripe Connect or PayPal as the payout method.
  • The current payout and provider status.
  • Initiated and paid dates.
  • A provider reference or Biqli statement number.
  • The individual commissions included in the payout.

Review a payout

  1. Open Partner Program and select Payouts.
  2. Use the status filter when you need to find a pending, processing, paid, failed, or canceled payout.
  3. Open the payout row to view the destination type, included commissions, amount, dates, and provider reference available for that payout.
  4. Open the official statement when you need a printable Biqli record.

Payout statements

When a statement is available, open the payout details and select View official payout statement. The statement records the Biqli entity, partner or company details, payout number, amount, period, and included earnings. To add business details to future statements, open payout settings and enter an optional business name, business address, and tax ID. The details saved when a payout is created are preserved on that statement even if your settings change later.

What a statement preserves

The statement is generated from a snapshot. It preserves the partner or business details, tax ID, payout destination type, period, currency, amounts, and included earning lines associated with that payout. Updating payout settings later affects future statements only. Review optional statement details before the monthly payout is created. If a completed statement contains factually incorrect identity or tax information, contact support rather than editing the current profile and assuming the old statement changed.

Reconcile a provider transfer

Use the Stripe or PayPal reference in the payout detail when discussing a transfer with the provider. A Biqli Paid state means the provider confirmed completion. The receiving bank or PayPal account can still apply its own posting time.
A payout statement records the transaction in Biqli. It does not replace tax advice or any tax document required in your country.
