Resource reports answer different questions:
  • Links show clicks and, when enabled, leads, sales, revenue, and funnel activity.
  • Folders aggregate activity from the links currently associated with that folder.
  • Biolinks show visits and engagement with the page and its links.
  • QR codes show scans for dynamic QR codes. Static QR codes do not route through Biqli, so they cannot provide scan analytics.
Select a resource from its dashboard and open Analytics. Resource totals can differ from the workspace summary when filters, date ranges, or resource membership are different.

Open a resource report

Find the resource in its list, open its analytics action or detail page, and select the required date range. Use the Clicks, Leads, Sales, or Funnel view where those tabs are available. Folder reports aggregate attached links. If membership changes, confirm which links belong to the folder during the period you are interpreting. A Biolink page visit is separate from a click on a link inside the page. A dynamic QR scan is separate from later activity at its destination.

Compare reports safely

Use identical dates and filters. Expect workspace totals to include other resources. Allow for processing time, privacy controls, and events that happened at different funnel stages on different dates. If one resource appears under the wrong report, confirm the current workspace and use the stable resource ID rather than relying only on its name.
