Public dashboards let you share a read-only analytics view without inviting someone to the workspace. Create the dashboard from the relevant analytics area, choose what it should expose, and copy its public URL. Add a password when the report is intended for a limited audience. Anyone with an unprotected URL can open it, so review the dashboard before sharing. Disabling or deleting the public dashboard stops future access. It does not remove screenshots or exports that recipients already saved.

Create a shared dashboard

  1. Open the analytics view you want to share.
  2. Start the public dashboard or sharing action.
  3. Review the resource scope and information included.
  4. Add a password when access should be limited.
  5. Save and test the public URL in a signed-out browser window.
Share the password separately from the URL. A public dashboard is read-only and does not give the recipient workspace membership or API access.

Manage access

Update the password when the audience changes. Disable the dashboard when sharing should pause, or delete it when the public URL is no longer required. Workspace analytics permissions do not protect a public URL after it has been shared, so the dashboard’s own password and state matter. Review the selected date range and visible customer information before sending the URL outside your organization.
