Customer insights bring attributed lead and sale activity together by customer. Depending on the data supplied with a conversion, you can review the customer’s recent activity, conversion timing, and recorded value. Use this report to distinguish first-time conversions from repeat purchases and to understand the path from click to customer. Empty fields mean the event did not include that information. Only send customer data that you are permitted to process. Avoid placing private customer details in link names, aliases, or URLs.

Review recent activity

Open the customer or conversion area from analytics and choose the reporting period. A row can show the event type, time, attributed link, value, and customer details supplied by the integration. Open the customer when you need the wider click-to-conversion history.

Understand missing information

Biqli can report only fields received from a supported conversion event or commerce integration. An empty name, email, value, or location does not mean the event failed. It means that field was unavailable or intentionally omitted. Repeated purchases can contribute additional eligible sales while remaining associated with the same customer. Lifetime value reflects the recorded eligible events, not every transaction that might exist in an external billing system. Restrict access to customer reports through workspace roles. Export or share only the information required for the intended business purpose.

Frequently asked questions

Why is a customer’s name empty?

The integration did not supply that optional field.

Is lifetime value the customer’s entire business value?

It represents eligible activity recorded by Biqli, not unknown transactions in other systems.

Can I put customer data in an alias?

No. Public URLs and logs are inappropriate places for private data.
