Account deletion affects your personal access and can affect workspaces where you hold required ownership responsibilities. Resolve those responsibilities and export anything you need before starting. Follow the confirmation screen for the exact deletion and reactivation conditions that apply to your account. If Biqli offers a recovery period, sign in and follow the reactivation prompt before that period ends. After permanent deletion, recovery might not be possible. Cancel active subscriptions and transfer workspace ownership where required before confirming.

Before requesting deletion

  • Transfer workspace ownership and required administrative duties.
  • Review active workspace subscriptions and invoices.
  • Export personal or workspace data you are authorized to retain.
  • Revoke API keys and disconnect personal integrations where appropriate.
  • Confirm partner balances, payouts, or compliance holds with support.
  • Sign out or remove access from external identity providers and devices.

Request and confirm

Open the account danger zone and follow the exact confirmation shown. Account deletion is different from leaving or deleting one workspace and can affect access across every workspace membership.

Reactivation

If the account is still inside a recovery period offered by Biqli, sign in and follow the reactivation prompt. The current interface states whether recovery is available and its deadline. Do not assume that a permanently completed deletion can be reversed. Contact support before deletion when ownership, billing, legal retention, or an unsettled partner payout requires review.
