Use the logo control to show or hide a supported QR logo. Custom logo availability in the dashboard depends on the current plan and editor options. The public QR API supports showing or hiding the supported logo, but does not accept custom logo uploads. Preview and scan the code after changing a logo because a large center mark reduces scannable area. Download the format and size offered by the editor for your intended screen or print use. Keep the original downloaded file. Repeated resizing or compression can make a QR code harder to scan. Open styling and use the logo visibility option. Dashboard custom-logo controls depend on the current plan and editor. The public Workspace API accepts the documented show or hide behavior but deliberately rejects custom logo uploads. A logo covers part of the matrix. Use the preview’s supported size and avoid placing another graphic over the downloaded QR.

Prepare a download

  1. Finish content and styling.
  2. Scan the editor preview.
  3. Choose the available format and size appropriate for screen or print.
  4. Download and keep the original file.
  5. Test the actual file after inserting it into the final design.
Do not stretch it disproportionately, crop its outer quiet area, add a low- contrast background, or export it through heavy image compression. Printed codes should be tested at the real material, size, and distance.
