Open Partner Program, then select Customers to review people attributed to your referral link. The customer list can show the referral stage, signup date, first payment, country, and earnings associated with each customer. Select a customer to open their details and commission history.

Use the customer list

Search or filter the list to find a referred account, then open its detail view. Compare the registration and first-payment dates when checking why a lead has not become a paying customer. Use the commission section to see eligible, held, available, paid, adjusted, or voided earnings associated with that customer.

Understand customer states

  • A lead registered through your referral but has not completed an eligible payment.
  • A customer completed an eligible paid invoice.
  • A referral under review is waiting for an eligibility decision.
  • A disqualified referral no longer generates eligible commission.
Customer details can also show the next scheduled commission activation when a subscription can generate another commission. The hold period and tier applied to that future commission are determined when the commission is created.

Why a customer may show no payable earnings

  • The account registered but has not completed an eligible payment.
  • The paid product or billing period is not eligible for the current program.
  • The payment happened outside the commission earning period.
  • The referral is still being reviewed for independence.
  • A refund, credit, dispute, or billing adjustment reduced the eligible amount.
  • The commission exists but is still inside its earnings hold.
The standard commission period is currently the customer’s first 12 months, but the dashboard is the source for the current program duration.
