The activity log records important actions in the current workspace, including the actor, action, affected resource, and time when those details are available. Use it to investigate unexpected changes and review administrative work. Activity visibility depends on your role and plan. The log is an audit aid, not a backup. It does not restore a deleted resource or reveal stored passwords and API key secrets.

Review activity

Open workspace settings and select the activity log. Use available filters or search to narrow the events, then open an entry for its actor, resource, action, time, and recorded metadata.

Investigate a change

  1. Confirm the event belongs to the expected workspace.
  2. Identify the resource by ID, not only by its current name.
  3. Compare the event time with deployment, integration, and member activity.
  4. Contact the named member when the action needs context.
  5. Revoke access or keys when the action is unauthorized.
Sensitive values are intentionally omitted or masked. API secrets and passwords cannot be recovered from an activity event. Export or retain audit information according to the plan and your compliance requirements. Do not rely on it as the only incident-response evidence.

Frequently asked questions

No. It can help identify the action and actor, but it is not a resource backup.

Why is a sensitive value missing?

Biqli omits or masks secrets such as passwords and API keys so an audit entry does not become a credential leak.
