Your partner profile is the application Biqli reviews before activating your referral link. Keep it specific and accurate so the review team can understand who you are, where your audience comes from, and how you plan to promote Biqli.

Basic information

Add a clear profile image or logo, your full name, email address, and profile type. Images can be PNG or JPG files up to 2 MB. A square image of at least 160 by 160 pixels works best. If you do not upload a partner logo, an existing Biqli account avatar can meet the application requirement. Your partner country is detected when the account is created and is locked in the profile. Contact support if it is incorrect. Company profiles must also provide their legal company name.

Website and social accounts

You can add one website and accounts for YouTube, X, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. At least two channels must be verified before submission. Enter a handle or supported profile URL. Biqli normalizes it to the identity used by the verification service.

About you and your audience

Write a short description of what you create, who you reach, and how you have helped similar products. The description is limited to 500 characters. Choose your estimated combined monthly traffic from these ranges:
  • 0 to 1,000
  • 1,000 to 10,000
  • 10,000 to 50,000
  • 50,000 to 100,000
  • 100,000 or more
You can select up to eight industry interests from the options provided in the application. Select one or more sales channels. Available sales channels are Blogs, Coupons, Direct reselling, Newsletters, Social media, Events, and Company referrals.

Write a useful bio

The review team should be able to understand the partner activity without opening every social profile. A useful bio answers four questions:
  1. What do you create or sell?
  2. Who is the audience?
  3. Where do you reach them?
  4. How do you expect to introduce Biqli?
For example: “I publish practical SaaS tutorials for small ecommerce teams through a weekly newsletter and YouTube channel. I plan to demonstrate Biqli in campaign tracking and branded-link workflows.” Do not claim traffic, customers, or ownership you cannot verify.

Editing the profile

Draft applications save supported profile and social changes. A pending application is locked while Biqli reviews the submitted snapshot. A rejected or returned application can be updated before resubmission. After approval, contact the Biqli team for reviewed profile changes. Changing a domain or social handle invalidates the verification attached to the old value. Verify the replacement before submitting again.

Common profile problems

  • The checklist still shows an image requirement: Upload a partner logo or add an avatar to the Biqli account.
  • The company name is required: Company profiles need a legal company name.
  • A channel is no longer verified: The saved handle or domain changed after verification.
  • The application cannot be edited: Pending and active applications are locked. Wait for review or contact the Biqli team.
