The official Shopify integration installs its supported web pixel and sends eligible customer and order events through Biqli’s shared conversion system. You do not need to add the browser SDK to the Shopify storefront for this managed flow.

Connection rules

  • One Shopify store connects to one Biqli workspace.
  • One Biqli workspace connects to one Shopify store.
  • The authorization screen lists only workspaces owned by the connecting user.
  • Disconnect the existing relationship before connecting either side elsewhere.

Connect a store

Install the Shopify app

Install Biqli: Conversion Analytics in the intended Shopify store.

Start the connection

Open the embedded app and select Connect.

Authorize Biqli

Sign in if needed, choose an eligible workspace you own, review the requested access, and approve it.

Return to Shopify

The embedded app loads the connected workspace and automatically creates the supported web pixel. If pixel setup fails, use the displayed retry action.

Attribution behavior

Links created inside the Shopify app have conversion tracking enabled automatically. A storefront visit through one of those links carries bq_id. Shopify customer and checkout events use that click to create leads and sales. The same Shopify customer maps to one Biqli workspace customer. A returning customer can create another sale without creating another signup lead.

Disconnect and uninstall

Disconnecting from Shopify or Biqli revokes workspace access immediately. Uninstalling the Shopify app also removes the connection. Workspace owners receive the configured dashboard and email notifications for connection changes.

Browser privacy limitations

The Shopify flow depends on signals available in Shopify’s customer-event environment. Browser privacy tools can block client-side pixels. Test supported storefront journeys in the browsers important to your audience and use Shopify’s event diagnostics when a signal is missing.
