# What is a Biqli workspace?

> Understand how Biqli workspaces organize resources, people, and billing.

A workspace is the boundary for your team's links, domains, folders, tags, pixels, Biolinks, QR codes, analytics, API keys, members, and billing context.

Members can belong to more than one workspace. Switching workspaces changes the resources and settings you are viewing, so confirm the selected workspace before creating, editing, or deleting anything.

Roles and permissions control who can administer the workspace and each resource category.

## What belongs to a workspace

* Links, attached QR codes, folders, tags, and tracking pixels
* Biolinks and standalone QR codes
* Custom-domain attachments and domain settings
* Analytics, conversion configuration, and public dashboards
* Members, roles, integrations, API keys, security, and billing context

## Work in the correct workspace

Use the workspace selector before starting a task. A similarly named link or tag
in another workspace is a separate resource with its own ID and access rules.
Inviting someone to one workspace does not invite them to every workspace on
your account.

Workspace ownership and roles control administration. Resource read or write
permission does not automatically grant billing, member, security, or ownership
authority.

## Frequently asked questions

### Can two workspaces contain resources with the same name?

Yes. Names are organizational labels inside each workspace. The resources keep
different IDs and access boundaries.

### Does switching workspace sign me into another account?

No. You stay signed into the same Biqli account and select another workspace
membership available to that account.
