# Manage standalone QR codes

> Find, inspect, edit, and organize standalone QR codes.

The QR dashboard lists the codes in the current workspace. Use search to find a code by its saved details, then open it to preview, edit, download, view analytics, or delete it as applicable.

Dynamic destinations and styling can be updated. Static content cannot be changed after generation, so create a replacement if its payload is wrong.

Workspace switching changes the list because QR codes are workspace scoped.

## Find and review a code

Use search for the saved name, destination, or supported identifier. Open the
record and confirm its static or dynamic type before editing or deleting it.

## Available actions

* Preview and scan the current code.
* Edit a dynamic payload and supported style settings.
* Download the current rendered image.
* Open scan analytics for dynamic records.
* Delete the managed record after reviewing published copies.

Static payload changes require a replacement code. Dynamic destination changes
preserve the managed pattern, while styling changes affect only new downloads.

Keep names specific enough to find the physical placement, such as `Reception
WiFi` or `Autumn catalog cover`. The name is an internal management label and
should not contain passwords or personal secrets.

## Frequently asked questions

### Does changing styling update printed copies?

No. Download and distribute the newly rendered image.

### Why is analytics missing?

Confirm the code is dynamic. Static scans never reach Biqli.

### Can I move a QR into a link folder?

No. Link folders organize links, not standalone QR codes.
