# Add widgets to a Biolink

> Add text, media, social, and embedded-content widgets.

Widgets add richer content between your Biolink links. The editor supports Image, Text, Social Links, YouTube, SoundCloud, Vimeo, Spotify, Twitch, and TikTok widgets.

Choose **Add widget**, select a type, and provide the URL or content requested by the editor. Reorder the widget like any other content block and verify it in the live preview.

Embedded services can apply their own privacy, availability, and playback rules. If a media widget does not load, confirm that its source is public and uses a supported URL.

## Available widgets

| Widget | Use it for |

## Add and test a widget

Select **Add widget**, choose the type, and complete the fields shown for that
widget. Save it, move it into position, and check the live preview. Then open the
public page without being signed in and test playback or navigation.

A source can prevent embedding, require consent, be region restricted, or
become private later. When that happens, the Biolink remains available but the
third-party content may not load.

Widgets are owned by the frontend editor and are not accepted by the public
Biolink API.
