# Add bookings, events and mobile apps

> Configure Calendly, manual events, Seated listings and app-store destinations.

Use **Calendly** for bookings, **Tour & Events** for manually maintained listings, **Seated** for its artist events, or **Mobile App** for app-store destinations.

## Calendly

1. Add Calendly and enter a supported scheduling URL.
2. Choose **Book inside Biqli** or **Go directly to URL**.
3. Set the title, display and thumbnail. Optionally show the external button below the embed.
4. Publish and complete the visitor booking flow.

For supported booking measurement, open **Booking tracking** and **Connect Calendly**. Allow the connection popup and authorize the correct account. Check whether tracking is enabled; use **Enable booking tracking**, **Refresh booking tracking** or reconnection when offered.

A click is not a completed booking. The connection can be unavailable even when an ordinary scheduling URL works. Disconnecting tracking and deleting a Calendly block are separate actions.

## Tour & Events

1. Add the block and select **Add event**.
2. Enter the title, start date, optional time and optional end date.
3. Choose a venue or online event. For a venue, select the city; for online, specify the platform.
4. Confirm the timezone, ticket button label and any ticket destination.
5. Save each event, review date order, choose whether to display times, and publish.

You can configure up to 100 events. Times use the event timezone and display in the viewer's local timezone where enabled. Selecting a city can fill the timezone; verify it rather than assuming your own browser timezone applies.

Manually entered events are not a live ticket inventory or automatic feed. Keep dates and destinations current.

## Seated

Enter the supported Seated artist URL. Choose **Display upcoming events in Biqli** or the external interaction, and configure profile-image and event-time visibility. Publish and verify the artist and available events.

The source controls listing availability. An empty listing does not mean visitors completed purchases or bookings.

## Mobile App

Enter an App Store or Google Play URL and confirm the resolved app. Review discovered stores, enable intended destinations, correct matches and remove unwanted stores. **Sync** refreshes discovery; removed stores stay removed until deliberately added again.

Choose device-based store behavior or **Go directly to the original app URL**, then publish. Test on iOS, Android and desktop. A valid source URL does not guarantee a matching release exists in every store or region. App-store navigation is not proof of installation.
