# Review contacts and export form responses

> Find native form submissions, filter contacts, read full answers and request CSV exports.

Open **Contacts** from the Biolinks area, or choose **View form responses** inside a published form. These are workspace records; you need the relevant access to the Biolink and its responses.

## Find a response

1. Select the correct workspace.
2. Open Contacts and choose the Biolink and form using the available filters.
3. Search by email, name or phone and choose the subscriber filter if needed.
4. Select a row to open its response details.
5. Review all answers and the recorded submission information.

Success means you can match the visitor's answers to the correct form. A contact row is a submission record, not proof that the visitor has a Biqli account or has sent a direct message.

## Interpret contact information

The list can show email, name, subscriber status, submission date, approximate country/city and traffic source. Empty fields may mean the form did not ask for that information or the visitor left an optional question unanswered.

Subscriber status reflects the form's opt-in setting and the visitor's choice. Do not treat all respondents as subscribers.

Response details use the saved question/choice information from submission time. Renaming a field later does not rewrite the visitor's historical answer. Location and traffic source depend on available attribution data and can be unknown or direct.

## Export a form

1. Select a specific form.
2. Choose **Export CSV**.
3. Wait for the confirmation that export preparation started.
4. Open the export-ready notification and use the authorized download.
5. Check the form and columns before sharing the file.

Export is prepared asynchronously. A successful request starts preparation; it is not confirmation that the download is already available. Export concerns the selected form; do not assume a search or subscriber filter limits the export unless the export action explicitly supports it.

Keep downloaded files private. Revoking workspace access does not recall copies someone already downloaded.

## If a response is missing

Check the workspace, Biolink, form, filters and pagination. Confirm the visitor submitted the published native form successfully. External-provider forms keep submissions with that provider, and personal messages appear in Messages instead.

If permissions or export delivery fail, see [Privacy and permissions](https://learn.biq.li/help/links/biolinks/privacy-permissions.md) and [Troubleshooting](https://learn.biq.li/help/links/biolinks/troubleshooting.md).
