Use the **Appearance** tab to set the page background, colors, font, button shape, and button treatment. Button treatments include fill, outline, and shadow options where available. Make sure text remains readable against the background and preview long labels before publishing. Branding controls can depend on the workspace plan, and the editor shows which options are available. Biolink appearance editor placeholder ## Build the visual style 1. Choose a background treatment that fits the page identity. 2. Set text and accent colors with enough contrast. 3. Select the font available in the editor. 4. Choose the button shape and fill, outline, or shadow treatment. 5. Review plan-dependent Biqli branding controls. 6. Check the page in the mobile live preview and on a real device. Keep one primary visual hierarchy. Strong backgrounds and several animated links can compete for attention, especially on a small screen. Use consistent button treatments unless a single action needs emphasis. ## Check accessibility Read every label against the selected background, inspect focus and button boundaries, and avoid using color alone to explain a link. Preview long text and translated labels because they can wrap differently. Appearance changes affect the whole page. They do not rewrite the destinations or content order stored in the Content tab. ## Frequently asked questions ### Why is a branding option locked? Some appearance and branding controls depend on the workspace plan. ### Does changing a button shape affect every link? Page-level appearance applies to supported buttons across that Biolink. ### Can appearance fix a private media embed? No. The source service must allow the content to load.
