# Analytics history and plan limits

> Understand analytics retention and plan-dependent access.

Analytics history and some report features depend on the workspace plan. When a report is locked, the underlying resource can still work, but the unavailable history or view cannot be opened on the current plan.

The billing page shows the plan and its current allowances. Upgrading can unlock a longer reporting window, but it does not recreate events that Biqli was not configured to record.

If a report unexpectedly looks empty, first confirm the workspace, resource, and date range before treating it as a plan limit.

## Recognize a plan limit

Biqli shows a locked report, upgrade prompt, or shortened available date range
when the current plan does not include that analytics capability. This differs
from a report that is available but has no events in the selected period.

## Check usage and access

1. Confirm the active workspace and its current plan.
2. Review the analytics history and feature allowances shown in billing.
3. Check your workspace role and resource access.
4. Select a date range within the available history.
5. Confirm that the resource actually received traffic or conversion events.

Changing plans affects what the workspace can access going forward according to
the billing state. It does not manufacture referrer, audience, scan, lead, sale,
or revenue data that was never recorded.

Export important information while it is available if your organization has a
longer retention requirement.
